Az 1556-os török háború dunántúli hadszínterét ábrázoló, fametszetű térkép Wolfgang Lazius munkája. Az ő nevéhez fűződik a magyar kartográfia leghíresebbé vált tévedése: a Tihanyi-félsziget déli partra helyezése. Ezt a hibát többen átvették tőle, így Zündt, Mercator és Blaeu is. Zsámboky János figyelt fel rá, és helyesbítette 1571-es lapján. Először 1557-ben jelent meg önálló lapként. Ez a második kiadása, amely Adam Henricpetri „General Historien der aller namhafftigsten und furnehmbsten Geschichten Thaten und Handlungen...” című hatkötetes munkájában (Basel, 1577) látott napvilágot. A díszes keretet elhagyták, a Fuggereknek szóló latin nyelvű ajánlást pedig német váltotta fel. A szöveg fölött a Fuggerek címere látható. Ritka lap. Mérete: 350 x 440 mm. Paszpartuban. Szántai: Lazius 2b.; Szathmáry: 45/2.
